5 MUST HAVE THINGS TO PACK WHEN GOING FOR A TRIP

When it comes to traveling then there are several factors that you have to keep in mind. When you are away from home there are chances of several things to happen. Some can be good while some can be bad. When you are going on a trip you should be ready to face anything that comes in your way. 

Always keep a list of must-have things that you should take with you. These things are useful and will help you anywhere. If by any chance you are stuck somewhere you obviously don’t want to get hungry or dehydrated. This is why keeping on the go foods like bone broth, canned tuna, and nuts is important for your travel.

Keeping extra water bottles is also useful if you get stuck somewhere or the place where you are staying has a water shortage problem. It won’t be an issue for you if you bring extra stuff along the way. All these things are very important for you and will make sure that your travel is safe. 

Always carry extra clothes with you. 6-7 t-shirts and 3-4 pants or trousers are perfect for a week’s trip. These extra clothes won’t take much space if you can look at some tutorials that teach perfect ways to fold your clothes. 

You might think that why would you need extra clothes for, Suppose that you are stuck in a rain or a muddy area and your clothes get dirty while pushing your vehicle. You would need some extra t-shirt to replace the dirty ones with, this is why keeping a few extra shirts won’t do you any harm. 

  • SAFETY KITS

Keeping a safety kit or you can call it a set of tools that can help in your difficult situations. This tool kit should contain matches, lighter, medkits, and other useful tools. There are several tools that you can put in this safety kit.

Apart from all these tools if you want to put extra batteries of your flashlight, or you can put some portable power banks in there so that your mobile battery doesn’t give up on you. 

  • PORTABLE FOOD

Just like I mentioned before that keeping foods that don’t require cooking and can give a good amount of energy is very beneficial on such long trips. Keeping a pack of beef bone broth, canned tuna, nuts, snacks, and water bottles will help you in times when there is no food around you. 

These foods contain several nutrients that can keep you feel fuller and you won’t feel hungry after consuming them. There are several other foods that you can keep in your trip bag just make sure that they are rich in nutrients and contain a good amount of energy. 

  • TOILETRIES

Another important thing is to keep your toiletries with yourself. Personally I don’t trust the toiletries that are available in the hotel or motels. I have my personal hygiene routine this is why I keep my set of toiletries with myself.

Keep a toothbrush, underarm roll, deodorant, shampoo, soap, and a shaving razor with yourself. These are way more useful then you can think. Keeping these items in your bag will allow you to stay clean and hygienic. 

  • ELECTRONIC

When we are going for a trip we have to capture all the beautiful moments there, this is why keeping a camera, GoPro, or any other handheld device that can capture and record your time there should be in your backpack.

Always remember to keep extra batteries of such electronics because you won’t be able to find any other charging source on your trip. This is why I mentioned before that keeping extra batteries or power banks are really important.

Keeping all these things in your backpack will make sure that you are traveling with full safety and you are ready to face any hurdle along the way. Although some of these things might seem a bit over the top but trust me each and everything that I have mentioned in this list are a must-have during your trip.
